These terms apply when you use theseogenius.com.ng or buy from it. The website is run by THE SEO GENIUS LTD, 287 Ebis Mechanic Road, Amarata, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria (“we”, “us”). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to them.
Using the website
You’re welcome to read, use and share links to our pages. Please don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, send spam through our forms, or copy our content in bulk.
Our content
The text, guides, designs, images and logos on this website belong to THE SEO GENIUS LTD unless we say otherwise. You can quote short extracts with a credit and a link back to the page. Please don’t republish, sell or pass off our content as your own.
Enquiries, quotes and projects
Sending an enquiry doesn’t commit you to anything, and a quote isn’t a contract. When we take on a project, we agree the scope, price, timeline and payment terms with you in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.
Buying from us
Prices and discounts
- Prices are in naira and are shown before you pay. The price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.
- Only one discount applies per order. If you qualify for more than one (for example, a newsletter discount and a code), the bigger one is used.
- Discount codes may have a last day or a limited number of uses, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
- The newsletter discount is for joining our newsletter. If you unsubscribe later, you keep the discount.
Paying
You can pay online through Paystack or by bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received. For bank transfers, that’s when it shows in our account.
Guides (including The WOAB Blueprint)
- Once your payment is confirmed, we email you the guide as a PDF, with a download link that works for 7 days. If the link expires, ask us and we’ll send a new one.
- Your guide is for your own use and for use in your own business. Please don’t share, upload, resell or give away copies.
- Tools, prices and services mentioned in a guide belong to other companies and can change after it’s written. Check the current details before you buy anything.
- Because a guide is a digital download that can’t be returned, sales are final once it has been delivered. If the file is faulty or never reaches you, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Clarity Sessions
- A Clarity Session is a 45-minute call on Google Meet. Your booking is confirmed once your payment is received, and then we agree a time with you.
- Within 72 hours of the call, we email you a written summary of your top three next moves.
- If you go ahead with a project with us within 90 days of your session, the full session fee is taken off the project price.
- You can move your session once if you tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. If you miss the session without notice, the fee isn’t refunded.
Other websites and tools
Our website and guides link to and recommend services run by other companies, such as hosting providers and website builders. We don’t control them, and their own terms and prices apply.
Our responsibility to you
We put real care into our content and our work, but marketing and website results depend on many things outside our control, so we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales unless we agree a guarantee with you in writing.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, and our total responsibility for anything you buy through this website is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the Nigerian courts.
