Our story

We started with search. We learned growth needs more.

THE SEO GENIUS began in Yenagoa in 2023 as an SEO and content agency. The work brought people to our clients’ websites. But again and again we saw the same thing: traffic arrived, and growth didn’t follow.

The problem was rarely just search. The brand wasn’t clear about who it was for. The website didn’t explain what made the business worth choosing. The marketing was a handful of good efforts that never added up.

So we changed how we work. Today we bring brand, website and marketing together under one plan, Brand · Build · Grow, starting with whatever the business needs most right now.

Growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things, in the right order, around something genuinely valuable.

The founder

A founder who builds, not just advises.

THE SEO GENIUS is led by Tari Yousuo, a medical doctor based in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. Alongside the agency, Tari founded Paedcentric, a ward-management app for paediatric doctors, built out of his own frustrations on the ward.

That matters for our clients in two ways. We understand healthcare from the inside, which is why it’s the sector we know best. And we’ve taken our own product from idea to market, so we know what it’s like to be the founder trying to make every naira count.
